The Project consists of a proposal to annex into the boundaries of the City of Chino approximately 144.8 acres of land ("Annexation Area") that is currently under the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County. The Annexation Area is located entirely within the City’s Sphere of Influence (SOI). The City will process a General Plan Amendment in conjunction with the proposed annexation to establish a land use plan for the Annexation Area that matches San Bernardino County's existing land use plan.
