Document Description
The proposed project would include a total of 43,000 square feet (sf) of new construction and the renovation of existing facilities and infrastructure. The proposed project would provide 24 new classrooms totaling 24,500 sf. The new 10,000 sf 2-story library and 8,000 sf 2-story administration building would replace the existing library and administration building. Main access to the proposed project site would be located along Morning View Drive. Student loading and unloading zones for personal vehicles and school buses would also remian along Morning View Drive. Parking would be provided in the proposed new parking lot located adjacent to the existing school's athletic field.
