- IID responsible agency findings determining that the SR-98 Roadway Widening Project IS-MND/EA-FONSI, adequately addressed the environmental effects of that part of the project that involves the IID, i.e., the removal of an underground switch vault, installation of a new one at a new location, installation of underground cable and a sector cabinet and the creation of two temp. electrical loops to provide power and avoid any outage to customers in the area. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project affecting IID.
