Document Description
The proposed project involves the redevelopment of an approximately 1.0-acre parcel located at 8801 Sunset Boulevard in the City of West Hollywood with 52,031 square-feet of commercial and retail space plus parking. Demolition of the existing one-story, former Tower Records building (totaling 8,660 square-feet) would be required to allow for development of the proposed project. The former Tower Records building is currently occupied by the retail clothing tenant, Live! On Sunset.
