Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA) (EPIMS-SBR-15071-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of Hesperia as represented by Rachel Molina.The Project is limited to 4.38 acres of desert wash restoration work. The Project is providing mitigation for previous streambed impacts of 0.06 acres from roadway construction permitted through SAA# 1600-2009-0063-R6. According to the approved Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan for SAA# 1600-2009-0063-R6, 4.38 acres of desert wash will be restored in order to mitigate for construction impacts.
