Document Description
The applicant has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review application to establish and operate a day care facility for children. The facility will accommodate a maximum of 193 children on a 3.85 acre site, currently developed with a single-family residence. The project includes the demolition of the existing residence, construction of a 10,000 sq. ft., single story daycare building, a 49 stall parking lot with paved driveway, an outdoor play area, and off-site improvements (including curb, gutter, and sidewalk per City standards). The project proposes the 100% avoidance of the existing drainage area located at the southeast corner of the project site.
