Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing amendment No. 1 the Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0107-R4 issued to Topaz Solar Farms, LLC. The Project includes of construction of three at-grade road crossings and associated scour arrestors, three at-grade trenches for buried electrical collector cable crossings, five at-grade trenches for buried electrical feeder cable crossings within photovoltaic (PV) arrays, and one ephemeral drainage restoration/re-establishment. Minor Amendment No. 1 authorizes riparian vegetation planting and maintenance of that vegetation for five years at two locations to attempt to prevent scour.
