Topaz Solar Farms, LLC will construct three (3) at-grade road crossings and associated scour arrestors, three (3) at-grade trenches for buried electrical collector cable crossings, five (5) at-grade trenches for buried electrical feeder cable crossings within photovoltaic (PV) arrays, and one (1) ephemeral drainage restoration/re-establishment for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CORPS) and Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) mitigation requirements. No water will be diverted or drafter from a stream for any purpose during Project construction or operation and maintenance.
