Document Description
A Development Review Permit and Structure Development Permit to redevelop the southern portion of an 18.8 acre commercial shopping center (Lomas Santa Fe Plaza Shopping Center). The proposed project includes the demolition of an existing 19,787 square foot structure. The project would construct three new two-story structures and a two-level subterranean parking structure. The maximum height of the new buildings would be approximately 35 feet above finished and existing grade.
