CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA # 1600-2007-0111-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, LADWP. The Applicant proposes to continue to perform ongoing routine maintenance operations for LADWP aqueduct facilities in Inyo and Mono Counties. This includes routine maintenance in all measuring, diversion and control structures, as well as conveyance ditches.
