- The project involves the installation of a temporary building within the Park as housing for the Colonel Allensworth's Traveling Exhibit for the Centennial Celebration in October. The temporary building will house artifacts, displays and multimedia materials. The installation will involve subsurface disturbance to a depth of 2.5 feet and a surface area of 5,000 sq. feet. The installation of the building will take place in September of 2008 and last approximately 6 months. No external permits will be sought or required.
