- This project involves demolition and removal of individual small structures in an urbanized area. The number of single-family residences that will be removed as part of the project does not exceed the allowed maximum of three dwellings site. The project involves interior dismantling and structural stabilization work on a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places (the Francis House). The interior dismantling and structural stabilization work will be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings.
