- Modify sections of an existing recreational trail that have excessive grades and seasonal springs at Big Basin Redwoods State Park to improve drainage. Specific improvements include; construct 448 ft. of re-routed trail, construct 88 ft. of turnpike, 23 feet of single tiered wood retainer wall, 43 interlocking wood steps and rehabilitation of 402 feet of existing trail. Re-route will be constructed to State Park standards to achieve a more curvilinear and well drained alignment.
