The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Variance to reduce side yard setbacks from 20 feet to approximately 12 feet to legitimize a garage structure and kitchen addition on an approximately 1.2 acre parcel in the RD-2 (NPA) combining zone. Note: Both structures were built in 1985. However, neither Variance approvals as required by the Arden Oaks Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance. 2. A Variance to reduce the side yard setback from 20 feet, as required by the Arden oaks Neighborhood Preservation Area Ordinance, to approximately 14 feet 6 inches for a garage addition to an existing one-story single family dwelling.
