Document Description
PWD was in need of additional water supplies due to the extreme dry 2006-07 hydrologic conditions within their service area. KCWA had water available for transfer from their 2007 SWP supply. The transfer water already delivered to PWD and the return water to be delivered to KCWA will utilize the SWP, PWD, and KCWA's existing facilities.
