This project is exempt under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. WPWMA staff has determined with certainty that due to the project location, limited duration, restrictions on the amounts of materials that can be transported to the site, and the specialized training of the contract operators, conducting temporary collection events for residential and CESQG HHW would not have a significant effect on the environment.
