The project involves minor alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation. The project will remove the non-native invasive plants, arundo and tamarisk, within a 54.4 acre area along Arroyo Simi in the Calleguas Creek watershed on property owned by the Simi Valley Water Quality Control Plant (SVWQCP). Removal efforts may expand into Rancho Simi Recreation and Parks District property adjacent to the SVWQCP site.
