Document Description
The project consists of a proposal to subdivide 40+ acres of undeveloped land consisting of 4 exisitng parcels into 20 commercial lots. A use permit and design review are included that would allow the construction of a commercial shopping center consisting of 415,000 sf of retail space. Additional entitlements include a General Development Plan (zoning document), an Oak Tree Preservation Plan Permit to allow the removal of existing oak trees on the site and a Development Agreement addressing the term of project approvals, assessment district participation and caps on various fees and taxes.
