Document Description
The project site is an 8.95-acre parcel of land located in southeast Stockton at the northeast corner of South D Street and East Eighth Street. The proposed project would redevelop an existing multi-family residential complex of 75 units as a new 141-unit multi-family development. The proposed redevelopment would be under the new ownership of Visionary Homebuilders. The project includes a day care facility, three child play areas, a family recreational area, a basketball court, a community building, and a day care play area. The proposed site plan would construct five three-story apartment buildings and 11 two-story apartment buildings and will be completely gated with site access from East Eighth Street. Open space and recreational areas would total at least 20 percent of the proposed site.
