- Document Description
- The proposed project is composed of a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), a commercial center, and a loop trail to be developed on the ARD parcel to the northeast. The proposed project would include up to 858 residential units, of which 780 would be located in the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) and the remaining 78 units would be second and third story lofts above commercial and office spaces. The commercial portion of the project would include three multi-story buildings with 28,500 square feet (sq/ft) of commercial space and 5,000 sq/ft of office space, five multi-story medical office and office professional buildings, 78 residential lofts that would occupy the second and third stories of the retail building and one of the medical office building, an RV/Boat storage facility, and two 23,5000 sq/ft commercial buildings. In addition, the project applicant would construct a trail and mitigation wetlands on the undeveloped Auburn Recreation Park District lands to the northeast.
