Document Description
McDivitt Development submitted an application to the City of South Lake Tahoe (City) to increase the maximum density for multi-family residential development in the project area from 8 units/acre to 15 units/acre. McDivitt Development has indicated their intent to acquire the Little Truckee Mobile Home Park and apply to redevelop the parcel with multi-family residential uses at 15 units/acre following approval of this amendment. The proposed project would amend the Plan Area Statement 111 text to establish 15 units/acre as the maximum allowed density for multi-family residential dwelling units in the entire Special Area #2 East. The proposed density increase could result in an additional 34 multi-family residential dwelling units in the entire Special Area #2 East project area.
