The proposed project includes the construction of an 8-foot wide paved and graveled pedestrian trail approximately 700 feet long, extending from the western edge of Old Orchard Drive to the eastern terminus of Freitas Road. The proposed project would run along the northern top bank of Sycamore Creek.
