The applicants propose to construct a 60 ft wide by 100 ft long (6,000 sf) by 16 ft hish storage building on 1.3 acre parcel located on the south side of Standard Veneer Road. The proposed building would be used for storage and office area related to the applicants' construction related businesses. The proposed building would be located ~7.5 ft south of the Standard Veneer Road right-of-way in an area that is currently cleared of vegetation. The parcel is located within the California Coastal Zone.
