Generl Plan Text Amendment No. 72, Amending the citywide Tourist Commercial Land Use Designation, to allow for the future construction of a 68,500 seat open-air stadium, with possible expansion for up to 75,000 seats, for use by up to two National Football League (NFL) teams and other non-NFL events that are compatible with the type of venue proposed. Other uses could include concerts and non-football sporting events.
