Document Description
An Addendum has been prepared to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of implementing a targeted update to the San Pablo General Plan 2030 which involves amendments to the Housing, Community Health & Environmental Justice, and Safety Elements required to ensure compliance with State Law. The General Plan 2030 was adopted in 2011 and an EIR was certified on April 18, 2011. No additional significant impacts that cannot be mitigated would occur.
