Document Description
The Project is the Department of Toxic Substances Control's approval pursuant to Chapter 6.8 of the Health and Safety Code of the Remedial Action Alternatives Report for the Cyanide Plant and Adit Project Area (Project) submitted by the CA DPR. A Final Program EIR for the Empire Mine State Historic Park Site Characterization and Remediation Project was prepared by DPR in 2009 that included activities planned for the Cyanide Plant and Adit Project Area.
