The Planned Development would allow the construction of ten commercial buildings totaling 98,992 square feet. The buildings would range in size from 5,100 to 44,992 square feet. The Parcel Map would create ten parcels ranging in size from 0.37 to 2.26 acres. Each of the proposed buildings would be located on a separate parcel. One Design Waiver has been requested to allow the following: to allow sidewalk on one side of the proposed roadways.
