Document Description
The Main Street Cupertino project proposes two development schemes for the 18.7 acre project site. The approval of the project would allow for development under one of these schemes. Scheme 1 proposes up to 295,000sf. of retail uses (including 150,000 sf. of general commercial uses and a 145,000 sf. athletic club). 100,000 sf. of office uses, a hotel with 150 rooms, and 160 senior housing units. Scheme 2 proposes up to 146,500 sf. of retail uses, 205,000 sf. of office uses, a hotel with 250 rooms, and 160 senior housing units.
