The project will construct a new off-ramp from northbound I-5 to Deschutes road, Roundabout intersections are proposed for the I-5 southbound ramp intersection with Factory Outlets Drive and at the intersection of Deschutes Road, Locust Road and the I-5 northbound on and off ramps. Additional roadway improvements are proposed along Factory Outlets Drive between the I-5 southbound off ramp intersection and the intersection with State Route 273.
