Document Description
The project includes the construction of a new off-ramp from northbound I-5 to Deschutes Road. Roundabout intersections are proposed for the I-5 southbound ramp intersection with Factory Outlets Drive and at the intersection of Deschutes Road, Locust road and the I-5 northbound on- and off-ramps. Additional roadway improvements are proposed along Factory Outlets Drive between the I-5 southbound off-ramp intersection and the intersection with State Route 273.
