Document Description
The goals of the Comprehensive Transportation Plan are to (1) maintain the system, (2) relieve congestion, (3) reduce emissions, and (4) plan for safety and health. The Comprehensive Transportation Plan is a financially constrained plan that looks at the growth projections for the region and prioritizes projects and programs that can reduce existing and future congestion. The 2009 CTP includes: Highway Capital Improvements, Local Road Improvements, Non-Motorized Transportation Improvements, Additional Improvements, Regional Operations Programs, Land Use and Pricing Assumptions.
