Development of 35 new housing units at the Newell Farm Labor Camp. Existing 48 housing units will be demolished following the construction of the new units so that the camp may remain in operation during the construction. Existing facility includes 53 housing units, 1 daycare facility, 3 shops, assistant manager housing, and manager housing. Proposed development includes 35 housing units, daycare facility, playgrounds, laundry facility, office building, manager housing new driveways and a parking lot (108 standard spaces and 6 handicap spaces). The existing daycare facility and 4 housing units will remain.
