Document Description
The County of Tulare, in conjunction with the Cities of Visalia and Exeter and the California Department of Transportation is proposing to widen Avenue 280 from a two lane roadway to four and six lane roadway between State Route 99 and the City of Exeter. Intersection improvements at up to 21 roadway intersections with Avenue 280 would also be implemented as part of the proposed widening project. The project will improve the level of service for traffic on this important regional roadway in response to an in anticipation of growth in the Cities of Visalia, Farmersville, and Exeter.
