Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA# 1600-2009-0011-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Steve Hinds. The applicant proposes to construct a dirt road with a pre-fabricated 53' bridge from Hinds Road south across Big Pine Creek. The road will impact approximately 1,040 square feet of existing wetland. A mitigation and monitoring plan has been prepared to assure no net loss of wetland habitat and shall be implemented during project construction.
