Document Description
The proposed project provides for the multi-phased upgrade of the CHOC Hospital campus that would allow for the continued use of the existing Hospital and supporting facilities during the implementation of the CHOC Master Plan through the year 2020. The development program for the proposed project would be accomplished in three phases (2012, 2015, and 2020) and result in demolition activities, new construction, and the remodeling of buildings on the project site.
