The proposal includes a request to deviate from the Advisory Agency's parking policy of 2.25 spaces per residential unit to allow a parking ratio of 1.72 spaces per residential unit. Additionally, the project involves a request to designate Cesar Chavez as the project site's front yard, and to consider a haul route for the export of approx. 73,726 cubic yards of dirt from the site.
