Document Description
The Project modifies the approved Five Lagunas project. As such, the Project calls for the continued redevelopment of the existing Mall through the demolition of the central Mall structure, including the existing anchor spaces and the outlying Nordstrom Rack building, and construction of a new retail and entertainment core, perimeter commercial pads, offices, a hotel, multifamily housing, parking structures, and communal open space with related amenities.
