Document Description
The project consists of the redevelopment of an approximately 60-acre site. The project includes 650,000 square feet of retail, two 14-story office buildings that are 450,000 square feet each, a 178,200 square foot 300-room hotel, and a 5,000 square foot Los Angeles World Airports remote parking garage. The retail venues include a shopping center anchored by national retail stores and a 16-screen movie theater cinema, with a sports club, various clothing and apparel stores, and dining establishments. Approximately 7,458 on-site parking spaces will be provided. A combined 5,033 parking spaces will be provided in two, seven-story parking structures. Another 2,425 at-grade surface parking spaces will be provided throughout the project site. Primary access to and from the site will be via access points along Century Boulevard, 102nd Street, and Yukon Avenue.
