Metropolitan is proposing to grant an entry permit and subsequently a permanent easement to the City of Riverside Public Works Department to Metropolitan fee properly associated with the Upper Feeder to allow construction, operation, and maintenance of the Santa Ana River Trunk Sewer Replacement project. The project consists of construction of 19,600 feet of new 48-inch diameter trunk sewer to replace the existing aging system.
