Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Wildlife Code to the project applicant, Southern California Edison. Site 1 at Mill Creek will consists of removing cement footings from two (2) latticed towers in the North bank of the creek, and recontouring of any bank disturbance. Site 2 at St. Johns River will consist of removing the cement footings and rebar from 2 (2) latticed towers from the current location on a vegetated island within the banks of the river. Any disturbance to banks or channel will be recontoured after the removal of the towers.
