Document Description
The applicant is proposing to construct a 50,000 square feet automobile dealership on 6.34 acres. The project also includes a donation of 3 acres land for conservation along the San Jacinto River channel. The project will require a General Plan Amendment to make the project land uses consistent with the most recent FEMA flood maps. No grading or project improvements are proposed to occur within jurisdictional waters of the United States or waters of the State.
