Document Description
The proposed General Plan Update is a comprehensive update of the City's General Plan consisting of the following elements: Land Use, Circulation, Noise, Safety, Open Space, Conservation and Recreation, and Public Services and Facilities. The Housing Element is not a part of the General Plan Update and is being updated separately. The proposed project includes a Background Report and a Preferred Land Use and Circulation plan to guide growth through the planning period (2035) and beyond.
