Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2014-0125-R5) to the project applicant, County of San Diego. The project proposes replacing a portion of the Sweetwater loop trail, which traverses Sweetwater Authority land and is used by Sweetwater Authority maintenance vehicles, with an approximately 650-foot-long, 4-foot-wide trail following a remnant trail alignment. The southern end of the rerouted trail will cross the Sweetwater River, and will require stabilization using approximately 10 cubic yards of native rock. The footprint of the trail within the Sweetwater River will total approximately 0.02 acre.
