Document Description
The City of San Jacinto is considering an application for development of a large commercial-retail center with a Target store as the primary anchor tenant, as well as smaller retail tenants, specialty stores, a theater and restaurants.
The proposed project would include development of 753,700 square feet of commercial-retail uses on site and would be entitled through a Specific Plan to establish land uses, development standards and design guidelines for the project.
