CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0148-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Coachillin' Holdings, LLC.
Project is limited to the development and construction of an industrial park. the entire development will be at least 2,645, 617 sq. ft. in area and will have various industrial use buildings including, but not limited to: sales facilities, a restaurant, a lab/testing facility, laboratories, industrial kitchens, security facilities, Research, Development and Job Training campus; rooftop solar and wind systems, green waste handling and vermiculture facilities, and various ancillary businesses. The existing drainage within the site is proposed to be conveyed through the developed area through onsite drainage infrastructure.
