The project is a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 169.84 gross acre piece of property in the Borrego Springs area. The project consists of the proposal to create four lots and one remainder parcel. The project site is located on Borrego Springs Road in the Borrego Springs Community Planning Group, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Regional Development Area and Land Use Designation (18) Multiple Rural Use. Zoning for the site is S 92, General Rural Use Regulations. Access would be provided by multiple driveways connecting to Borrego Springs Road to the west and Di Giorgio Road to the east. The project would be served by on-site septic systemsand groundwater from the Borrego Water District. Two thousand, one hundred foot extension of water utilities will be required by the project.
