Document Description
South Coast Water District has an appropriative water right to capture and reuse 1.23 cubic foot per second of water from Aliso Creek in Laguna Beach. The Division of Water Rights is approving a change petition and issuing an amended permit. The change petition revises the irrigated acreage to 330 acres within the 5,200 acre service area that conforms with the area identified in the Negative Declaration prepared by South Coast Water District.
