Document Description
The South Coast Water District intends to alter the stream to divert ~800,000 gallons per day of stream flows from Aliso Creek in Laguna Beach, CA. The diverted water will be treated and resused by combining with recycled water produced at coastal treatment plant. Waste from treatment process will be combined with waste in existing coastal treatment plant outfall that discharges offshore in the Pacific Ocean.
