Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 3, a major amendment to already amended Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0013-R4 (Agreement). In general, the Project Activities will involve new construction and widening work at all three bridges. Amendment No. 3 describes previously uncontemplated temporary protective shoring within Packwood Creek and an alternative temporary water diversion to facilitate equipment access to the stream to accomplish the bridge work at that location. Additionally, Amendment No. 3 addresses the installation of previously uncontemplated RSP at the Little Tulare Ditch location.
