Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 2, a major amendment to already amended Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0013-R4 (Agreement), to the Permittee, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). In general, the Project Activities will involve new construction and widening work at all three bridges. This Amendment No. 2 describes previously uncontemplated temporary earthen berms within Packwood Creek upstream of the State Route 99 bridge to facilitate equipment access to the stream to accomplish the bridge work at that location.
